Strengthening competitiveness

From 1st November 2009 training within the project of Strengthening competitiveness of company ALFUN, a.s was realized in our company through means of methodical training of human potential. The project was sponsored by means of ESF through operating system of human recourses and employment, and national budget of the Czech Republic.
Project registration number is CZ.1.04/1.1.02/35.00178. The project was completed on 31st October 2011.

Nearly all trainings were held in our multifunction study.
The aim of these trainings was to increase professional qualification of our salesmen, managers and assistants. Further to improve and acquire correct principals and proceedings of business dealings. Managing analytical phase of business dealings, active listening, learning and raising needs of customers so that maximal content of customers is assured and loyalty of customers to our company is increased and thanks to that the turnover of the company would rise. Another aim of these trainings was to increase efficiency and quality of human recourses in the company.
Improving internal communication, process control and assuring sufficient motivation of employees. We dare say that these aims had been fulfilled which also prove the results of our company.
